Quotes provided are estimates based on the information supplied. Final costs may vary depending on actual site conditions, additional work required, or parts needed. We will always seek approval before undertaking work that exceeds the quoted amount by more than 15%.

3. Service Standards

All work is performed to AS/NZS standards where applicable. We provide service dockets, asset registers, and photo documentation on completion of work. Compliance certificates are issued only where specified and upon satisfactory completion of required testing.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versa Maintenance's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
